Of course, once Utonium was alerted to the stolen wares and rumors of a Fatherbox in Australia, he also suspected what Mojo Jojo was up to, and he promptly urged his daughters to capture Mojo Jojo before it was too late. While ASIS didn't have a Motherbox at the time, Mojo Jojo was somehow able to secure a Fatherbox. Having been Utonium's lab experiment previously, Mojo Jojo knew the exact contents of the cabinet in which the PPG were born, so he knew exactly what he needed to get: kryptonite, a Motherbox, and Chemical X. The criminal chimp robbed various labs and ASIS warehouses in order to acquire the equipment and ingredients he would need to create his own superpowered children. With step one completed, Mojo Jojo moved onto the next stage in his plan. Mojo Jojo then broke into some labs across Townsville to study the DNA samples in order to get a better grasp on exactly what the Powerpuff Girls were. Likely from hairbrushes and toothbrushes (and possibly from Drake Utonium's lab as he had been conducting vulnerability tests on the girls at the time). The idea was nourished for several months in a prison cell and once the chimpanzee convict concocter was back on free soil, the idea formed into a plan.įirst, Mojo Jojo waited for the heat to die down, then he infiltrated the Powerpuff Residence and collected samples of the Powerpuff DNA. Somewhere between Mojo Jojo's arrest and his eventual escape (Australia was also woefully unprepared to house meta-criminals), the concept of the Rowdyruff Boys' creation began.
However, Mojo Jojo does not rule Australia with an iron first as the Powerpuff Girls were quick to intervene and put the Chemical X-enhanced chimp behind bars.
His plan likely would have worked as ASIS was woefully unequipped for meta-crime at the time, much like most of the world. Mojo Jojo had just attempted his first real scheme against the citizens of Townsville, with the support of the Amoeba Boys. The origin of the Rowdyruff Boys goes back to the debut of the Powerpuff Girls.
